By accessing or using RadLogs ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
RadLogs is operated by RadLogs Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). These terms govern your use of the web application available at radlogs.app.
RadLogs is a clinical workflow and documentation tool. It is not a medical device, not a diagnostic system, and is not a substitute for professional clinical judgement.
All clinical decisions remain the sole responsibility of the licensed clinician using the Service. RadLogs does not review, validate, or take responsibility for any clinical entries made by users.
RadLogs is intended to assist with the administrative organisation of imaging follow-up recommendations only.
You must not enter identifiable patient health information (PHI) into RadLogs. The Service is designed for accession numbers, imaging findings, and follow-up intervals — not patient names, dates of birth, NHS/MRN numbers, or other identifying data.
You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of RadLogs complies with applicable data protection laws including GDPR and HIPAA where relevant.
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity under it. Notify us immediately at hello@radlogs.app if you believe your account has been compromised.
You must be a licensed or trainee healthcare professional to use RadLogs. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate this requirement.
Free plan: Up to 25 active follow-ups. No payment required.
Pro plan ($7/month or $84/year): Unlimited follow-ups and all features. Billed via Stripe. Cancel any time; no refunds for partial periods.
Resident plan ($3/month or $36/year): Pro features at a training discount. Requires verification of training status. Automatically transitions to Pro pricing upon completion of training.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
You own the data you enter into RadLogs. We do not sell your data or use it for purposes other than operating the Service.
You may export or delete your data at any time from Settings. Upon account deletion, your data is permanently removed within 30 days.
You agree not to: attempt to reverse-engineer the Service; use the Service to store actual patient identifiers; share your account credentials; use automated scripts to scrape or overload the Service; or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for any loss arising from downtime, data loss, or service interruptions. Always maintain your own clinical records independent of RadLogs.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RadLogs Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of clinical data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, with notice where reasonably practicable.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes by email.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
